Your Driving Theory 4 All training account is activated after payment so you can begin preparing straight away.

Theory test bookings are normally processed shortly after payment, but please allow up to one working day for the booking process to be completed. We will email your appointment details once your test has been arranged.

Yes. You can tell us your preferred theory test centre, dates and times when completing the booking form.

We will book an available DVSA theory test at your chosen test centre and try to match your preferences wherever availability allows. A particular appointment date or time cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. You can use your Driving Theory 4 All training account through the online learning website or the app.

The same login details work on both platforms, allowing you to continue your preparation across compatible devices.

You can book a single DVSA theory test directly through GOV.UK. Book Theory Tests is an independent service that provides a wider package.

Our package combines your theory test booking with online and app-based preparation tools, AI Personal Trainer, unlimited mock tests and Pass Protection Plus.

Pass Protection Plus is re-sit protection included with the Book Theory Tests package.

If you complete the required preparation before your DVSA theory test, meet the required test-score criteria and then fail, we can book and pay for another eligible theory test re-sit, subject to the terms and conditions.

Pass Protection Plus is not a guaranteed pass and a re-sit is not automatic after every failed test.

Before your booked DVSA theory test, you must score at least 90% in every topic test and pass at least 10 mock theory tests using the Driving Theory 4 All training account linked to your package.

If you fail your actual test, you must also have scored at least 35 out of 50 in the multiple-choice section and at least 40 out of 75 in the hazard perception section.

If you fail and believe you met all Pass Protection Plus requirements before your test, contact our support team and provide the information needed to verify your result.

We will check your preparation activity and test scores. If you are eligible, we will arrange another theory test and try to match your preferred test centre, dates and times wherever availability allows.

No. Pass Protection Plus applies when you take your DVSA theory test and receive an eligible unsuccessful result.

You cannot make a valid re-sit claim if you miss the appointment, arrive too late, attend without the required documents or cannot take the test for another reason.

You must take your valid UK photocard driving licence. Different requirements apply if you have a Northern Ireland licence or an older paper licence.

Your test may be cancelled without a refund if you do not take the correct documents.

Once your appointment has been arranged, use the official GOV.UK service to change or cancel your theory test.

You normally need to give at least three full working days' notice. If you change or cancel at shorter notice, you may have to pay again or lose the original test fee.

If your test date changes, contact us so we can update the date associated with your training account.

Refund eligibility depends on the status of your DVSA theory test booking, whether you have used your online or app-based training account and the conditions in our terms.
